Yea poetry washi shah ki dil mian uter jati hai jitna b paro bahot kobsorat lagti hai, aes mian ehsas aur aes mian jo feeling hai kitni kobsorat hai ilike wasi shah and he is alll time my favourit
Salam,yeh book bohat achhi hai,abb Syed Wasi Shah ek new book aayi hai "mere ho ke raho" please usko zaroor post karna jitni juldi ho sake kion ki yeh mere bohat pasandidah shayer hain
Wasi shah writes substandard poetry. Lots of his poem steal words and ideas from other poets. I felt lots of his verses have words from Faiz-s poems. He has lots of poems with ideas and "zameen" from Amjad Islam Amjad-s poems. I don-t consider him a genuine poet. The reason he is so famous is because his poetry is so simple that even people with little knowledge of urdu can easily understand it. I am not a poet, so it-s not out of jealousy or anything. I really feel sad about urdu-s future.
