He also visited Madain Saleh which is the archeological site of Thamud and Nabataen nations. The second part of safarnama is about Jordan & Egypt. The author started his journey from Petra, the capital of Nabatea Empire, then visited to Shobak & Kerak, Dead Sea, Aman, Madaba, Mount Nebu and Baptism Site of Prophet Jesus. In Egypt, author-s major interest was Mount Tur in Sinai Peninsula. He included his comments about Cairo & Alexendria. |
